  • Cash refunds: We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Exchange / voucher: Eligible items can be exchanged or converted into a voucher within 14 days of delivery.
  • Damaged / wrong item: We will replace the item or issue a voucher after verification.

Exchange / Voucher Eligibility

You can request an exchange or voucher if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags are attached and packaging is intact
  • You have proof of purchase / order number
  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Online purchased items can also be exchanged in-stores with original receipt
  • All products purchased from Beyond East stores can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, incomplete, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number and unboxing photos/video
  • We will verify and arrange a replacement or issue a voucher.

Items Not Eligible

The following items are not eligible for exchange/voucher (unless damaged/wrong item):

  • Accessories (if that is your rule)
  • Sale/discounted items (unless damaged/wrong/incomplete/different)
  • Items damaged/defected after use will not be considered under the exchange policy.

Shipping Costs (for exchanges)

  • If the product is damaged / wrong item, we will guide you and support resolution.
  • If exchange is due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply.

Processing Time

Exchange processing time depends on stock availability. We will update you once the request is approved.
