- Cash refunds: We do not offer cash refunds.
- Exchange / voucher: Eligible items can be exchanged or converted into a voucher within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange / Voucher Eligibility
You can request an exchange or voucher if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags are attached and packaging is intact
- You have proof of purchase / order number
- The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
- Online purchased items can also be exchanged in-stores with original receipt
- All products purchased from Beyond East stores can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, incomplete, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and unboxing photos/video
- We will verify and arrange a replacement or issue a voucher.
Items Not Eligible
The following items are not eligible for exchange/voucher (unless damaged/wrong item):
- Accessories (if that is your rule)
- Sale/discounted items (unless damaged/wrong/incomplete/different)
- Items damaged/defected after use will not be considered under the exchange policy.
Shipping Costs (for exchanges)
- If the product is damaged / wrong item, we will guide you and support resolution.
- If exchange is due to customer preference, shipping charges may apply.
Processing Time
Exchange processing time depends on stock availability. We will update you once the request is approved.
