Exchanges & Returns
- Beyond East has a NO REFUND policy.
- All products purchased from www.beyondeast.com can be exchanged if they are in their original state (packaging/tags/motifs/embroideries intact) and with the original receipt.
- Accessories are non-exchangeable.
- To have your article exchanged, please email your order number along with images of the product and reason for exchange to info@beyondeast.com you can also contact us on social media within 14 days of purchase.
- Strictly NO EXCHANGE POLICY for sale/discounted items unless a valid reason:

- Items damaged/defected after use will not be considered under the exchange policy.
- An exchange will be processed after the product has been received at our end and has been assessed by the relevant team. This may take up to 14 working days.
- Articles can be exchanged with desired items worth the same price as the article to be exchanged. However, if a customer has received a damaged article then, a customer can choose to have the same article re-shipped, or a voucher worth the price of the article can be issued.
