Where can I receive my order?
Beyond East currently delivers nationwide to all private (home, office, etc.) addresses. However, we do not ship to any Beyond East stores.

Flat shipping charges of Rs.199 will be charged on all orders below Rs.7000 and Free shipping can be availed on all nationwide orders above Rs.7000

Which courier service will deliver my order?
An email entailing details of the courier company and tracking code will be sent as soon as the parcel is shipped.

Can I have my order delivery postponed if I am not available at the delivery address?
On the delivery date, an SMS from the courier company will be sent to you. In case of unavailability, please have somebody designated to receive the parcel on your behalf.
