• Items damaged/defected after use will not be considered under the exchange policy.
• An exchange will be processed after the product has been received at our end and has been assessed by the relevant team. This may take up to 14 working days.
• Articles can be exchanged with desired items worth the same price as the article to be exchanged. However, if a customer has received a damaged article then, a customer can choose to have the same article re-shipped, or a voucher worth the price of the article can be issued. You will be notified via email.
